2) Confirmation on stock availability
Order Number will be created and we will send order confirmation email on stock availability within 48 hours. Customer will be informed of total payment including postage charges.

West Msia: RM 8.00 (1-6 items)
East Msia: RM 12.00 (1-6 items)

CANCELLATION:
Once we send out the order confirmation email, we will reserved the items for ONLY 3 (Three) days before we release out the items to other interested customers or back to the our store. We would appreciate if you could notify us immediately if there is any change in the orders. Priority will be given on first come first basis.
3) Payment
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
At this moment we only accept payment via Hong Leong Bank & Public Bank. The bank account number will be provided in the order confirmation email.

Email notification will sent to you once we received your payment. For faster processing, please fax or email us the bank in slip or transfer slip as proof.
NOTE: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ORDER. FAILED PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER.
4) Delivery
1. All items to be sent via courier service POSLAJU.
2. Delivery is made TWICE A WEEK (Monday & Thursday) due to time constraints.

3. BabyTouchOnline will hold no responsibilities once the order has been shipped out. Thus, lost item is at buyer’s risk.
4. Self collect is allowed at specific location- Kota Damansara, Selangor. Please stated in special remark.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Kindly take note on pre-order items. There is specific date line for all items on pre-order basis.
2. Once again, item(s) colour may vary slightly from displayed photo(s), depending on the computer monitor resolutions.
3. To confirm your order(s), full payment has to be made before or the latest on the pre-order deadline.
4. Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment on the pre-order deadline.
5. Once full payment has been made, please send us a notification email, with the information below:

ii. Your name and contact number
iii. Payment amount
iv. Date and time of bank-in
v. Bank transaction Reference number
6. All items ordered are imported from overseas, and it will usually take 2-5 weeks or more from the date of pre-order deadline.
7. Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delay, we will inform customers in prior via email, sms or msn.
8. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, BabyTouchOnline advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
9. All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
10. The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed UNLESS the item(s) is/are out of stock; full refund will be credited into customer bank account. Any difference in price/amount shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
