FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. What happens if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?

· Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 3 days for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.

2. What are the payment option?

· PAYPAL Express Checkout – For credit card transaction, we currently only accept payment through PAYPAL. Just register as a PAYPAL member here when you checkout from the shopping cart. For your information, paypal is a secured payment gateway well known for years internationally. At paypal you will pay to the account named LIAN WOON; and it is a highly secured payment gateway.

· Malaysia Interbank wired transfer OR Direct Bank-in–You may pay by bank online transfer or direct bank-in the money to our CIMB account no: 1283-0000274-10-6 under Wong Hsu Chen.

. We will proceed the delivery of goods only when we received the payment. kindly notify us once you have bank in/ transfer the money to our account.

3. When I will be billed?

· Your credit card will be charge instantly once you process the payment through PAYPAL .  Once we receive your orders, we will contact via email to confirm the availability and authenticity.  Kindly ensure your contact details are accurate and correct.  Please note that all products are subject to availability. If the stock are not available; we will transfer the money back to your preferred bank account immediately.

4. Do I have a choice in currency payment?

· At Babytouchonline.com , we only transact in Ringgit Malaysia.

5. What if I want to return my product?

· You may contact us or email to lodge the problem. We will attend to it accordingly.

6. Is my privacy protected?

· Please refer to our Privacy Policy

7. Is my credit card information secure on the Internet?

· We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using PAYPAL express checkout, which encrypts information you input. As for credit card information that you entered during the purchasing process, it would pass through our site to payment provider that we used; it is invisible to us.

8. When do I expect to receive the merchandise?

· Once payment received, we will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address & type of delivery has been chosen. You will be informed via email once we sent out the items.

· Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

9. Where do you deliver?

· We deliver to Malaysia only.

10. Do you accept cheque payment?

· Basically, payment are through online PAYPAL or Interbank transfer/Direct Bank-in. You will not be able to complete the transaction without choosing the right payment gateway.

· If you wish to pay via banker’s draft or cashier’s order, you will have to follow the procedure below:-

· Choose the option of Interbank transfer/Cheque deposit when you make the purchase.

· You can either send us the cheque or deposit it into our account and then fax the deposit slip to us. Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.

11. Will I be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout?

· Yes(for Malaysian customers).

12. How soon can I expect the goods after I purchased online ?

· For courier services(poslaju), delivery is usually within 2-3 working days after authentication. For parcel mail, delivery can be up to 8 working days after authentication, depending on the area delivered to.

13. How will the purchased items be delivered ?

· Depending on the weight, size and location of delivery, we will use either courier services or parcel mail. Kindly take note that parcel mail does not come with insurance. Buyer is responsible in the event of any loss or damage of goods in transit.

14. Do you provide physical delivery?

· Unfortunately we don’t provide that currently.

15. Can I collect the products from your physical store?

· Yes, If you are urgent on receiving the goods, you can visit our store at the address here for self collect.

16. Do you provide free delivery?

· For purchases above RM80.00, we provide free delivery via parcel mail to anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia.
